Encryption of folder

Hi, i am new to java and this my first post so forgive me, if i announce my post in worng way.
i want to encrypt my top level folder (not all files and sub folder inside top level folder) so is it possible to do so..???? i searched out but the stuffs i got was working for whole folder.. so anyone please help me out with the solution..

Not sure what you are asking. I don't know what encrypt a folder means. Do you mean the contents (files) of a folder?
If the contents, how do you select which to encrypt if "not all"?
