how to get milliseconds out of it

i got the output from the database like this

from the above output i need to get the following output 2010-06-05 15:21:05 TO 2010-06-05 15:23:18 take the milliseconds out of it-(output) when the minutes above 2 take the value like this anybody having idea please help me
