Java Certification

Hi
I am a QA lead and want to get a Java certifications for career advancements

I am an Arts graduate and have no programming knowledge.
I learned C, Unix, Foxpro 12 years back and have no idea about Object orientation.

Can somebody tell me if its possible to learn java and get a certification.
