Pardon me for being direct, but it's all I know. This question and in fact all of your questions are a bit overly simplistic and quite frankly impossible to answer. Will learning a programming language lead anyone to earn money? Nothing is ever this simple. Do people earn a living with Java? Yes. Can you? I have no idea.
No. This animal doesn't exist.1. is java is the best language in the world ?
This question would take days and pages to answer and is best answered by your doing a little research with Google and perhaps starting with Wikipedia.2. how the java differs from other language other than platform independent and OOP ?
Welcome to the forum. I think that you are simply going to have to do a lot research on your own. Best of luck in your search.please help me guys ...sorry for my noobie questions... thanks a lot :)Last edited by Fubarable; 04-25-2010 at 11:50 PM.

It depends on the context, i.e. what you want to use that language for; for highly rectangular table fiddling a lot of people find Cobol or even one of the RPG variations ideal; for more mathematical applications people swear by APL and its friends. For more 'theoretical' (mind the quotes) functional languages (there are a lot of them and they're all great fun) are very en vogue. If you want/need raw speed C or C++ or even an assembly language come to mind. Java comes somewhere in the middle: desktop applications, enterprise stuff, web oriented stuff etc. Pick your choice of 'the best language'. Java is the language of choice on schools and universities and I think that's why this 'cult' around it has seen the light; don't pay any attention to that.
kind regards,
Jos
