I don't really know much about XML, but one thing... where in that method do you modify the psr variable?

It's declared higher up in the document, it's not the problem yet though. It's the fact that my system.out.print gives me 0 when it should give me 1438 or smt like that :(

It's ok :) Everyone I've spoken to irl just answers with "Oh god no, Java sucks for parsing XML".
