Screwed up system variables
Hello all. I was having the "cant find main class" error so I read around that it could be the system variables. I changed them several times and reinstalled Java SDK many times to try to solve this but nothing happened, so I went on and erased all the system variables related to Java because I thought they'd be restored when I reinstalled the SDK.
Well they didnt and now I cant even use a website with Java because I get some "Java not detected" message.
I dont remember which system variables I erased, can you give me a hand? Thank you a lot :(

What should I put in each of those variables? I remember their destiny folders where .../java/bin in C:/ or something like that but I need the specifics.

And, I don't know where you got the info that "can't find main class" is down to system variables, but they were very wrong.

Hello. I too am curious since I only had to modify the "Path" entry maybe once when I had to install a plug-in for my IDE. I am also new, but are you trying to change the "class path variables" in your IDE or the "Environment Variables" in your computer?
Have you also searched the "Similar threads" section below? They are older threads but they might point you in the direction you need.
