at java.io.FileOutputStream.open(Native Method)

I get this msg i unable to understate this problem plz, plz plz help

I can't speak for everybody, but personally, a thread title of "Solutin plz" and "plz, plz plz help" in the text makes me less inclined to help you, not more. If you don't know why, read this: How To Ask Questions The Smart Way

Do you have this file open (in Acrobat Reader, maybe?) while you are trying to write it?
