    Default Hibernate, JPA2, Spring???

    Hello,

    Does Hibernate, JPA, or other persistent framework slow down our Java application?? Also, which one should I start to learn?? Hibernate, Spring, JPA2, EJB, JDO, etc??? Thank you in advance.

    after that you can come back and explain what do you need it for
