Actually im doing a project entitled "Applying fuzzy rule based regression model from imprecise data (missing values, inconsistent data, etc)". i ve to preprocess the dataset.
Data preprocessing- processing existing dataset to fill in the missing datas, etc.. im not getting a idea/logic to implement it in java... i should also apply fuzzy logic for handling imprecise data.. please help me!!

Do you unedrstand what any of that means before involving Java then?
That would be a starting point. Then you research what algorithms are available and pick the one that you implement. After that you attempt a design and implemetation and post if you get problems with your code.
