Hello, welcome to the forum.
What IDE do you use to write your code anyway?
Most popular are 'Eclipse' and 'Netbeans'
If you want to use them here are 2 links to get you starting:
Debugging a Java Program with "Eclipse":

NetBeans Debugger- Short Tutorial:

There are help within those 2 IDEs too.
happy coding and debugging !

You are asking about JGrasp it seems. Google their home page, and there you'll find help pages that should help guide you to what you want to learn.
