Tutorial candidate: Java connection to ms sql server 2005 express

Dear friends,

in order to solve very common and not so easy problem of
connection from Java code to MS SQL Server DB
I'm posting this *.doc (check link, and sorry for those pop-ups
this free upload services are very aggresive, and file was too large to upload here :confused:)
