Default Get screenshot(picture) of own pc

you can use "Robot" class to get screenshot of your own pc.
Also you can use ResultSet Class to migrate data from plsql to postgresql.

can anyone tell me how to take photo by own camera connected to pc in java?

Uhh, if its a webcam it may be possible. If its not, you could build a robot? Most consumer cameras that I know of do not have this ability.

I think that your camera would need driver software that allows a PC to control it. If so, and if it is not a Java Jar file but rather a dll (or similar library for unix), then you could create a JNI bridge and possibly control the camera this way.

I've done this through quicktime with the OS X Java bindings. Its not pretty, but it works, I use it to access a video stream from my built-in webcam for motion detection and special effects filters on video. In other words, you will have to use some native code somewhere, in my case someone had already written the bindings.
