Don't know if they can help you. What are ne1 and nebdy, anyway? Some software? And why do you think those would help you?

(P.S. anyone and anybody, of course, saving all of 3 and 2 characters respectively. That must have saved you a lot of your precious time.)

IOW, stop with this SMS speak BS. You have an entire keyboard in front of you, use it. Not everyone, obviously, that comes to this site uses English as their native language and these abbreviations and phonetic abbreviations (you probably don't even know what that means, even though that's what you were using) only serves to confuse them and make you look stupid (which might or might not be true).

Google is your friend, is all I can say on such a broad question. But don't search for what you've asked here, as that won't help either. You need to start searching for what a "website blocker", as you envision it, involves, then start researching those "pieces" and the techniques involved (still nothing to do with Java or any other language), then, once you understand what it's all about, you can start to program it, in whatever language you wish (but I don't believe Java would be a good choice for it).
