sorry, i thought that here i could find programs... i know that's a very common program...

"stamp the content to video" i meant that this program should read the content of the text file and then make visible on the screen that content.

It sounds as if you mean to create a GUI program. If you feel you have a solid ground in Java basics, then head on over to the Sun Swing tutorials and learn how to code in Swing. Otherwise, you'll want to get grounded in the basics first.
