broadcasting system using bluetooth

hello there.
Since i'm still new in java,i would like some help from others so that i can clearly understand on how to use java for my project.

i am working on a project of broadcasting system using bluetooth from pc to mobile.so,can anyone briefly explain and give suggestions to me about how to write the java language since i literally have only a lil' knowledge of java.
