    Default help with NoClassDefFoundError

    Good day everyone,

    OS: CentOS5
    IDE: Eclipse

i'm having problems running my java in terminal or console
javac is working but when i run using "java" it returns NoClassDefFoundError
i found out that when i'm using a package it produces NoClassDefFoundError
however when i'm not using package(only default package) it returns result properly

also when i run a java file using eclipse, it yields results properly and i'm not receiving any kind of error that is related to NoClassDefFoundError

    1. I think i have problems with my classpath, how can i specifically configure my classpath?
    2. Are there any other ways to run a java file using fully-qualified class name?

please if you know anything about this kind of problem, feel free to share and it would always be appreciated Thank you very much!
