In fact , i need a tool can count automatic.
and it have to have interval property , namely after specified intervel, it start counting.

GUI tool? non-GUI tool? If GUI what's it composed of? Swing? AWT? SWT? Details unfortunately are very important. I'm' also going to say that likely you will need to create your tool yourself.
