Hello All,
I'm trying to create an applet which displays a simple table with no headers or other decoration. Could anyone be so kind as to show me the code for this? All the examples I've found haven't compiled or have included extra features which I don't need. A simple 2 x 2 table with empty cells and no headers is what I'm looking for. Thanks to all in advance...
This depends on what you mean by a "simple table".
If you mean something with the functionality of a JTable (or a nontrivial subset of that), then use a JTable. There is a good discussion (with codes) in the How To Use Tables section of Sun's Tutorial. The JTable method setTableHeader() allows for a null argument.

Sorry, didn't realize everyone on the internet checked every message board/forum. I won't ever ask two groups the same question again...
It's fine to cross-post as long as you're up front about it, including links if possible. Otherwise you're asking two different groups of volunteers to do the exact same work for you for free resulting in unnecessary duplication of effort. This is why it upsets the volunteers here and elsewhere. Thanks for your cooperation.
