    Default Eclipse Problem

    I have just downloaded eclipse and i am having difficulties.

    In my first hello world program I am getting errors and acm libraries are not recognized, and therefore GLabel statement here is my code

    import acm.graphics.*;
    import acm.program.*;

    public class HelloWorld extends GraphicsProgram {

    public void run() {
    add(new GLabel ("hello, world", 100, 75));
    }
    }

    I get four errors on acms, and GraphicsProgram then GLabel, so my problems are caused by program not recognozing the libraries I am guessing.

    Thanks for your help

    you need to download and include in your build path the libraries you want, since they aren't part of the standard java libraries. to do so, just right click your project in the explorer, go to build path, add libraries.

    Yes thank you I have found the required acm libraries and added the jar files to the library.
