Unhappy cannot find an applet to do this :(

hi all and im glad to be here on this site
my problem is i am designing a website for a friend
and i am trying to find an applet or something that gives me this particular effect
the easiest way to describe this effect is to visit the site it is on
    w ww.gmt-constructionlines.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2&Itemid =3

now near the bottom of this page is some ..like bullet headings that when clicked open up text etc and when another is clicked the previous one closes
the effect is called tab and slide and is done with joomla
but as i am using another web designer i cannot grab this style so is there a standard alternative java applet etc as i really need this to keep the website in a compressed look please help or point me at some applet that does this.
    thanks in advance...nac
p.s sorry if posted in wrong forum...hope this is correct :)

Yeah, wrong forum, but fyi, you can achieve a similar effect with a very simple one or two line javascript and CSS collapse. It wont be animated -- but that may be a good thing (faster).
