    hello, my name is Mo i need some help understanding this program, this is for my project and if you could please explain me how to star of i would really appreciate it here is the question

    Write a class named D2OPS with the following static methods:



    * getTotal. This method should accept a two-dimensional array as its argument and return the total of all the values in the array. Write overloaded versions of this method that work with int and double arrays.
    * getRowTotal. This method should accept a two-dimensional array as its first argument and an integer as its second argument. The second argument should be the subscript of a row in the array. The method should return the total of the values in the specified row. Write overloaded versions of this method that work with int and double arrays.
    * getHighestInRow. This method should accept a two-dimensional array as its first argument and an integer as its second argument. The second argument should be the subscript of a row in the array. The method should return the highest value in the specified row in the array. Write overloaded versions of this method that work with int and double arrays.





    Demonstrate the class in a complete program with test data stored in two-dimensional arrays of int and double data types.

    please help me. all i need is for someone to explain me how to start off this program
