Help with bug

Hello,
I'm new here and need directions on where best to get help. I have a client who is getting java crashes/errors when he uses his online trading program. I have a bug report but one line says "# The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code."

Anyway, where is it best to post this bug report to get some help?

probably somewhere on Sun's website. Being that java comes from them.

I doubt anyone here will be able to help with such an error. I'd ask this person to re-installing Java. If that doesn't help, hm, you may be SOL.

Thanks for the replies but on further inspection of the bug I saw that it contained a url for reporting just such things. :-)
