Default 'java is not recognized' vista

hi a few days ago something really werid happned to my comp while trying to run a runescape private server it said 'java' was not recognized as an enternal or external command in cmd this had happned before but i always fixed it easily but now i cant fix it because in my enviromental varibles the PATH varible was deleted for some reason and i cant find the default value for vista to past bmy JDK version in so if you have a vista could you be so kind as to post your PATH and QTJAVA and PATHTEXT values on here it would mean alot to me.

    thankyou

The path entry should just point to the JRE or JDK bin directory.

My QTJAVA entry is C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\ext\QTJava.zip
    My PATHEXT entry is .COM;.EXE;.BAT;.CMD;.VBS;.VBE;.JS;.JSE;.WSF;.WSH

They're not really Vista-specific, they'll be pretty much the same on other Windows systems.
