    Default A Quick Applet Question :)

    Hi

    I have created a little Ping Pong type Applet game, i am trying to create a high score type system where the high score is stored in a text file in the local directory. The applet can read from the file fine, but if the high score is beaten it does not write to the text file. I have done a quick Google search but cannot find a definite answer.

    Can applets write to text files in their LOCAL directory?
