jxl package

Hey,
i have to write some piece of code which is reading out and writing into an excel document. I found some really good API which is helping me a lot and I am not really having any problem with it.

The only problem I have is the jxl package. I downloaded one from the internet but there are so many errors in it... it is driving me crazy and there are so many in there that it doesn't make any sense to correct them by myself. So I was wondering if anyone of you knows a good link from where I can get a jxl package without any errors.

But i am just not getting it. I downloaded it and now when I am clicking on it, it is saying that it can't be opened... no idea why... maybe I have to do something else with it... can you maybe help me again...
