First of all, please don't post the same question several times in different sub-forums. I've already deleted few of them, please don't do it again.
If you want to use another project in your project, there should be a way to import them in Eclipse without doing any compression. In NetBeans you can simply add a project into another. Are you really want to import a project or the jar file?
First Sorry for the crosspost
Second..i want to import project.war with(eclipse or netbeans)
What you have is a Web archive, which is used with a Web application server. It is designed for deployment, so it *may* not contain your Java source files, just classes. It will contain JSP source, however, since they are compiled by the application server.
Basic Eclipse doesn't support Web applications, although the newer versions may have added support in some of the extensions. The MyEclipse plug-in supports Web application projects in Eclipse. I don't know about Netbeans, but I suspect it supports Web projects.
So, the first thing to do is to make sure your IDE supports Web application projects.
If it does, look for an import WAR option. If you can't find one, create an empty Web application project. Unzip the WAR file and copy the pieces to the appropriate project directories.
