Factory problem: How to Solve it
The Marble generators produce RED , BLUE and GREEN, marbles continously ( Marble are identified by color and seq - eg RED001) and store it in the Repository (Notepad or DB).
The Marble Packaging Unit ( Consumer ) should pack the marbles by color when number of Marble of specific color reaches 100.(Marbles are removed when packed).
Use Threading for production and consumption from the queues.

Do your own homework.

A couple of suggestions:
1) Let's see a decent try by you towards a solution first. I've found that usually the more thought and effort posters put into creating and solving their questions, the better their chances are of a volunteer here taking the time and effort to consider it and give a helpful answer.
2) A great resource that has helped me and will probably help you is an article entitled How To Ask Questions The Smart Way . It will tell you how to formulate your questions so that the folks here will be better able to answer them.
3) cross-posting can frustrate anyone who tries to help you only to find out later that the same answer was given hours ago in a cross-posted thread. No one likes wasting their time, especially a volunteer. The polite thing to do would be to not do this, but if you feel that you absolutely must, to at least provide links in both cross-posts to each other.
Good luck
