Calender

hi....can anyone help me how to include a calender into a combobox where it will display all the dates in a small box(from jan to dec)where you can choose the date in the calender itself....you may see this in most of the website when you want to apply for anything(Those days there will be 3 combobox...where you have to choose the days,month and year in each combobox.....)the only thing i was able to find is gregorian calender which only display the date the time and etc....if possibly please link me to the website which has the code for the calender...because i couldn't find it...in any website.....please and thank you
