Grey Box

Hello all.
I would like to put a water mark on my videos that I open in a "Grey Box".
There are many videos and I do not want to have to re-produce each and every video,
with a watermark.
Is there any way that I can just add a clear layer to the "Grey Box" and insert a
water mark that will be visible over the video player?

If you are familiar with gray box, just think of it as opening an image
on a web page in a grey box.

All I need to know is, if it is possible to add another image layer to
a grey box script itself.

Or maybe it might be easier to add the image layer to the web page itself.
Then It would be visable when the grey box is opened.

Although, modifying the grey box script would be far easier..
