HELP! need clarification

I have an assignment due and I need to find out how to read in numbers from a text file, find the average of the integers, the maximum value of all the numbers, and the minimum values. Then I need to print out the info on a separate text file. I really need quick help on this. HELP!! :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused:

Then you should post the code you already have, along with all compiler/error messages, and a complete description of how the current behaviour differs from the desirted behaviour, and a "real" question about what you're having a problem with, really quickly.

Just so you know, we are not simply going to do this for you.
