I came across an old book "Managing Web Projects for Dummies". It made reference to a program called Jamba created by Aimtech back in 1997. Which was " dynamic tool authoringfor non programmers.

Is there a software now that is GUI to create applets or programs with a GUI?

I would like to create a program like this but in Java for people to learn to read the micrometer. Here is an example of what I mean.

I am using Linux/Windows. If there is a program but only in source code I can compile.
