    Default Java Form

Hi, I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction on where I should start to start coding a simple form that pops up once the User clicks a JButton. I don't have any code I think once I figure out what I need to do to get the form to show up in a separate window. Sort of like an Information Pop up. If you need any more information let me know. Thanks in advance for any help!

Okay I am able to get a simple dialog box to appear and accept user input but what about a window with multiple text fields for user input? Is there any documentation on somethign like that?

SWT, Swing. Both of those are used for creating UI

Oh. I apologize for merely providing a link to a marvellous tutorial where you could have learned that and more. I guess I should have copied the entire tutorial and pasted it here for your convenience.
