The problem is:
-What does the statement means?
-What should I do????

The assignment as written here is a bit vague as it doesn't specify what it means to "capture" a price. Read a text file? Get input from the console? Input from JOptionPanes? Write a Swing app?

Were you given anything else with this or is this the entire assignment verbatim? Is there any way that you can contact your instructor for clarification?

captures, what you mean is not clear. May be talking about user inputs. But it can be a horrible application if you going to ask 100 input from the user.

Are you want to write those records into a file?

I'm sorry, but these sound like questions you should be asking your instructor. If you actually get a job as a developer you will often (almost, if not, always) get requirements that are not, exactly, clear. When that happens, you need to go to the individual/department/company that provided those requirements and ask for clarification (probably multiple times, including clarification of the clarifications). In this case, your instructor is that individual. The instructions may be deliberately vague to force you to either make those decisions on your own, or force you to speak up.

You should talk to your instructor/lecturer and clarify all those things if you want to do this assignment.
