Help,
Already have Java on my HP lap top and has worked in the passed, as from today while trying to log into a interactive auction the my lap top kept rejecting/closing down the website.
Have tried logging onto java test, downing load updates but the same thing happens my hp lap top keeps rejecting java.
Please if anyone has any ideas please email.

What you mean closing the website? You said that you can 't see any web site, basically web page. If so how did you say that it's caused by Java?
Many thanks for your reply, i can surf the internet go to the Java website but as soon as i click onto test or download java the website closes as does the auction sites i use. I need java for my business ie i use interactive websites buying motor vehicles, i soke to one of my old colleagues and he said its most probably your lap top rejecting java for some reason.
Is that any help

get it scanned for virus .. if you already have a anti virus installed .. disable it .. so that java can be downloaded . if you are using windows vista.. try disabling the IE internet explorer setting for blocking pop ups
Still I'm confusing on this. This is can't be an issue related to Java. As DevzAbhi says, it can be an effect of a virus. Better to check it first.
