running java
java -cp build\classes oata.HelloWorld
jar cfm build\jar\HelloWorld.jar myManifest -C build\classes .

what is the meaning of -cp? or cp stands for what?
and cfm stands for what?

I hate to be rude, but have you done any trivial effort to read the fine manual?
Its pretty clear.

Plus, jar takes exactly the same arguments as tar.
