You mean that you want to start learn Java, but still don't install SDK? You can download it from Suns' official web site.

To be fair, the Sun site does have a million links on every page, and if you're new then they all sound the same.
Do you want to use java or write java? If you want to use JAVA, you want the JRE. If you want to write JAVA, then you need the JDK.
Either way what you want should be here (i dont have enough posts to post links, add http : //):
java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
If you want to write JAVA and you want the the Netbeans IDE, get "JDK 6 Update 7 with NetBeans 6.1". If you want just the JDK without Netbeans, get "JDK 6 Update 7".

It doesn't make sense at all. There are millions of links we can find to download same thing on the web. If someone doesn't know to find the correct place, better learn how to search the web.
