Swing is the GUI development package you want to develop GUIs. It's available with JDK bundle. You no need to install is separately. Just install the latest JDK version.

As I said earlier you can't separately download swing package. It comes with the JDK bundle. Simply download the latest JDK version and install in you machine. You can find it from the Suns' official web site. Here is the link.
You want to create a single executable file? Read about jar files. Again I suggest you to deal with Suns' official web site. I found this link at the time.
