Basically that's the client. You going to work on two PCs, one as the server and the other as the client, right?

Did you try any third party tool, mentioned on a post somewhere here?

Hi Folks,
I would like to add 1 more point here. As i was trying with 1 such tool i realized that it internally changes via Regedit.
So mir, please be specific on why do u want to change the IE settings of client?
Does ur application follow Client-Server architecture?
Can u do a remote connection(using mstsc in Run) to ur client and then change the settings manually?
Answe to all these questions will give a faster solution to ur problem.

Be specific Mir, as Niveditha says. Simply answer to questions which her ask and it's much helper to all of us.
Basically you want to change the IPs(proxy also another IP) on the browser. But different people use different browsers as default one. How you going to handle it. That's why I say few times test few third party tools.
