    Default Handle with http reuqests

    Hello
I've builded a Java Client that Post a httprequest to a url like

    http://www.google.de/test?Name=Andre&Surname=F

Now i want to create a Server Side applikation that gets this request and check the parameters and gives back a response code.

Does anyone has an example how i can do this?

    Andre

Well it starts by learning about web development. What you describe is an incredibly basic web application and can be done with a single Java Servlet.

Of course you can't get a request for google.de, but that was just an example right?

Well I always recommend this book (because its not only free, its also quite good):

Free Online Version of Core Servlets and JavaServer Pages (Second Edition) in PDF

But if you don't know core Java yet then you're nowhere near ready to start doing this.

    That was a great help!
I now have a Servlet and a client

Whats missing is a response to the Client.
Im not sure if i dont understand it right or just dont find it

Whats missing is the Response from the Servlet to the Client.

How can i send back a Response to the Client?

Share the servlet code you have so far first. Be sure to use code tags to format it.

Also, what exactly are you talking about when you are talking about a response? You can't really create a servlet without it giving some form of a (HTTP) response, so I'm a bit confused that you have to ask.
