    Hi
I want to write an application to capture packets sent via modem for example packets sent by yahoo messenger throw modem.
I used jpcap but it does not work.

Can you tell me how to do that ?

    Thanks

Note : I have windows 7 on my laptop.

You didn't bother to reply to a total of 6 responses on the two threads you started earlier.

Why should anyone bother to respond to this one? (oops, I just did)

So your point is what? To insult another member of the forum? Or to get help? If the latter, I'd recommend showing a bit of respect, unless you wish to not get any in return.

I would encourage you to explain why you wish to do this, as one of the few reasons to do this would be considered malicious by many

And BTW, saying "it does not work" is as useful to us as us saying "then fix it" is to you.

here's something that will accomplish this already. why reinvent the wheel? -- especially if u can't provide some code to get started from.

    Wireshark Go deep.

(HINT: The Mods HATE it when people don't try to help themselves before posting here... and other members aren't likely to provide much help without your attempt at some code either... nobody wants to write applications for you for free, but we are more than willing to help if you help yourself)
