Automatically upload file to FTP server

i'm making an investigation about uploading files to FTP server, i googled about it and found the next sample code:

My question is: how can i automatically upload every file in certain directory, such as C:\upload. Everytime that i put a new file in that directory it should be uploaded.

put it in a thread and check whether the new file is added to the directory
