    Default SSL encription

    Dear All,

    i want to encrypt a file using SSL AND send the file across the network to another peer . the receiving peer should be able to decrypt the file

    i have already got the code to send the file across the network but i dont know how to encrypt it using SSL

    can u guys pls help me out

    Emm...

    You can sign a Jar file using the JKS and keytool and jarsigner tools to get it signed.
    Actually signing something means different (applets at least). But in your case I think you want to prove the jar wasn't modified by its network trip :D Actually that is signing is for...
