i need to measure the bandwidth capacity of the network path. Can anyone help me out to do this. On browsing i found several tools for doing bandwidth monitor. But i need some code samples for measuring the bandwidth capacity for network path.[ Guide me if you know to measure bandwidth using non-java also].
