    Default p2p file sharing program

    Hello and Happy new year to everyone.

    I have to make a program to implement a peer to peer sharing service. The problem is i cannot use JXTA. I was planning to do the program using XML as the data carrier...but I am not allowed to do that either. Does anyone have any tips or a link to anything useful?

    Why not use Input/OutputStreams and create a custom "protocol"
