Application Sharing

Hello!
I want to implement Application sharing using JAVA. Can we access System calls using JAVA? if not how could we do it? Can we use JNI with VC++ / VB for this? if yes how could we do it?

Please give an idea to implement Application sharing.
How i can do this in java.
