    Default Text Mining

    Hi

    I have done text Mining for my project work. But now i want to extract text from a stock market site and i am having problem in it. Please let me know if any of you have any idea how text mining from a HTML page can be carried out.

    Hi

    Thanks for replying.


    There is a link of a website that has share prices of top companies. Now I am able to remove all the tags and get the text. But there is no specific pattern that I can apply to get the data as in I would need the symbol name of the company nd etc. But since I can not find any distinct pattern i am not able to extract them properly with desired results.
