    Default get IP from other comp in LAN

    Excuse ! I' m a little chick about Java.
    Can some one show me what method to get the IP from another computer in LAN??
    I have an application server in computer A
    and 1 applicantion client in compter B
    How can I get IP of computer B??

    How are you having computer A talk to computer B?

    The answer to how you get the TCP/IP address varies depending on how you are doing the communications.

    firstly, you should get the network package of that computer in LAN.
    secondly, then you need to parse the imformation in it. I know that it has ip information in it.
