Accessing file without sharing - urgent
hi friends,
i have a scenario as follows...

i have connected by LAN.
* i will read a file which is in another system.That system could not be shared.(means i can acess a file in a system without sharing)

please any one help
waiting for reply urgent....

Actually you no need to share it, using a HTTP connection you can do it.

Using an HTTP connection requires that there be an HTTP server on the system you are conecting to. A server of some kind is a requirement in all cases.

Yes it true. But for that he can use IIS, because easily we can find it any PC.
