Is "org.tmatesoft.svn.core.*" a standard API if so u can directly import it or if its user created i dont think we can use it by importing it.

Cant u jar "org.tmatesoft.svn.core.*" and then use it in your project?

This is not a standard API, open source package. If you check the src.zip\org you can't see this. So, what I'm asking is in such a case how can I use this new package.

If its a zip file then u can add it to the classpath just like a jar(never implemented) check it out.
If not then extract that zip, jar it and then add into classpath na...
