Hello,

Anyone knows plugin that convert form uml to java project for open source os?

Have you checked Poseidon. I could not get "for open source os"; is it linux type os or is it the thing you are trying to convert. I think ibm has rational rose for eclipse that could do this as well. But what is the format of your UML ?

That UML can transfer to java project, just like reverse engineering?

Yes with the help of some tools. Netbeans might have it too. Check their web page. They have a powerful UML support.
